RoadCite

Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. What RoadCite is

RoadCite is an independent study tool that helps you practise for US driver knowledge ("written") tests. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Department of Transportation, or other government agency. See the Disclaimer.

2. Licence to use

You may use RoadCite for personal, non-commercial study. You may not resell the question bank, republish it in bulk, or present it as your own product. The name RoadCite and the site design remain our property.

3. No guarantee of results

RoadCite is study material. It does not guarantee that you will pass any test. Only your state agency decides what appears on an official test and how it is scored. Always confirm details with your state's official handbook.

4. Accuracy and updates

Traffic laws change. Every question lists a source line naming the handbook or rule it came from, and we revise the bank when laws change, but we cannot promise that every detail matches the current edition of every state handbook at the moment you read it.

5. Advertising

Advertising may be shown to keep the site free. Advertisers are not part of RoadCite and we are not responsible for the content of their websites. Do not click ads expecting to interact with us.

6. Limitation of liability

RoadCite is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including test results, fines, or licence outcomes.

7. Governing terms

These terms may be updated; the date above changes when they do. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
